Jeremy T. Kirshner
Jeremy joined the firm in 2019 as an associate attorney after graduating in 2019 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. During law school, Jeremy worked as a law clerk for San Mateo County, Office of the County Counsel, and the Government Team at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office as an extern. He also clerked for a Central Valley firm, doing work for both private and public entity clients.
While in law school Jeremy served as an Editor for Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, as Treasurer for the Hastings Jewish Law Student Association, and a Student Member of the San Mateo County Bar Association.
Current Legal Practice
Jeremy works with the partners at ADC&L to service both our private and public entity clients. His areas of practice include municipal law, landlord-tenant disputes, and real property matters.
Jeremy currently serves as the Deputy City Attorney for the City of San Carlos; Deputy City Attorney for the City of Foster City; Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Woodside; Assistant General Counsel for the Central County Fire Department; and Deputy Counsel for the Coastside Fire Protection District.
Jeremy is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association.
